Smita was always the studious kid—the one who found joy in solving problems, asking the “why,” and striving for excellence. She cracked CA and ranked 9th globally in CIMA. She spent over a decade in the Middle East with top consulting firms like Protiviti and Efficio, leading transformative projects for Freezone Authorities and corporates like Saudi Railway, Ma’aden, and Transco. She also played a key role in Uber’s acquisition of Careem.
Now back in India, she mentors startups, helps businesses scale with purpose, and was recently invited as a guest speaker at IIT Bombay. An ISB alumna, Smita brings real stories and practical tools to the table.
Through this podcast, she shares insights to empower aspiring entrepreneurs—fueling bold ideas with the right mindset, strategy, and heart.
